Our fees reflect the value of services provided. Payment in full is expected at the time services are rendered. This allows us to continue our goal of providing your pet and others with the high quality pet care you expect from us. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, Care Credit and personal checks (drivers license and social security number required).
Care Credit® is a financial lending program that, if approved, can provide non-interest, same-as-cash payment plans. Details can be provided from our staff. We are otherwise unable to extend any credit.
Estimates are provided for most procedures and whenever requested. Cost updates on inpatients are provided during the treatment process as well as whenever you request them. Deposits may be required for hospitalized patients, as well as additional payments for extensive treatments.
Any balances unpaid after 60 days will be sent to collections. Any returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 returned check fee.
